For big kids or even young parents who love puzzles there are numerous brain teasing puzzle packs which are available in variety of patterns like scramble squares. The objective behind the scramble squares puzzle game is to arrange the nine colorful illustrated square pieces into a 12" x 12" square. If you succeed in arranging these pieces then a realistic image can be completed. In the puzzle making process, when the design gets completed, half of the pattern is in one block and half is in another block. These scramble puzzles do not take lot of effort to make but attention is the key. While making the scramble squares the player needs to pay great attention to each block. If you do not remain attentive in the puzzle solving process you ca not get successful results. Bring these puzzles for your kids; surely they will be a big hit in front of the kids.
There is one learning style that is absolutely essential if young children are to learn effectively. Children demonstrate their love of this approach on a daily basis often to the accompaniment of hair being torn out by frustrated parents. Young children are hands on learners. Nothing is usually too hot or too heavy. This tactile approach to life in general is their way of discovering and processing information about the world around them. "Children are born true scientists. They spontaneously experiment and experience and re-experience again. They select, combine, and test, seeking to find order in their experiences - "which is the moistest? which is the least-est? They smell, taste, bite, and touch-test for hardness, softness, springiness, roughness, smoothness, coldness, warmness: they heft, shake, punch, squeeze, push, crush, rub, and try to pull things apart."
You can also try and teach division just like you would teach the multiplication tables, through division worksheets. By teaching 5 times 2 is 10 and 5 times 3 is 15 you can reverse it and let your students learn by saying things like 10 divided by 5 is 2 and 15 divided by 5 is 3. Of course, this is not applicable to much large numbers when it comes to learning to divide by larger numbers, but it is a good start.
